How To Become Perfect Through Thanksgiving

Hello, I’m Felix Harcourt. Welcome to Felix Harcourt Ministries. Praise God! Friends,  God’s ways, and men’s ways of doing things are different.

In Isaiah 55:8,9. Says, “For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways,” declares the Lord. “As the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways and my thoughts than your thoughts. Friends, God’s ways, and men’s ways of doing things are different. Friends, we can’t bring God to our level, but we must come to His level by agreeing with His words.

Amos 3:3 KJV. Said, “Can two walk together, except they be agreed? God is willing to walk with each of us, which is why He made us in His image and likeness. In Genesis, the Scripture tells us that God had moments of fellowship with the first man, Adam, in the cool of the day, even when that relationship was corrupted through the first man’s disobedience. God never stopped there. Scripture says He gave up His begotten Son by sacrificing Him so He could regain us back to Himself. Praise God!

That is what John 3:16 says : “For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. Why did He do that? Because of His unconditional love He has for you and me.  He could do this because we are created to be part of His life. That is why human beings can never find fulfillment outside of having a relationship with God the Father. God wants to fellowship with you. He wants to reason with you because He loves you.

The Scripture says, “Come now and let us reason together, saith the LORD: Isaiah 1:18 KJV. Praise God!

Friends, Masters don’t reason with their slaves; they give orders to their slaves. God wants to reason with you because you are His child, He is your Father, and He values you. He sacrificed His first begotten Son, Jesus, because of your value. Colossians 1:21-22. Says Once, you were alienated from God and were enemies in your minds because ofyour evil behavior. But now he has reconciled you by Christ’s physical body through death to present you holy in his sight, without blemish and free from accusation—

It says, “He has reconciled you to himself through the death of Christ in his physical body. As a result, he has brought you into his own presence, and you are holy and blameless as you stand before Him without a single fault. This is who you are and how God wants you to see yourself. Friends,  God has a lens that He uses to look at us. The lens that Christ gave Him after His mission was accomplished on earth. Friends, it will be best for you to start looking at yourself from the lens of your Father God. You are perfect, holy, blameless in His eyes as you stand before him without a single fault. Praise God!

Friends, I recommend you check out our messages and blog on our website. They will bless your life. “How To Become Perfect Through Thanksgiving is what we are discussing today. First, I defined Thankfulness as an expression of being happy, joyful, and/or grateful for something or towards others for their services being rendered to you or your environment. Thankfulness is an expression of being happy, joyful, and/or grateful for something or towards others for their services being rendered to you or your environment.

Let’s read Luke 17:11 through 19. And it came to pass, as he went to Jerusalem, that he passed through the midst of Samaria and Galilee. And as he entered into a certain village, there met him ten men that were lepers, which stood afar off: And they lifted up their voices, and said, Jesus, Master, have mercy on us. And when he saw them, he said unto them, Go shew yourselves unto the priests. And it came to pass, that, as they went, they were cleansed. And one of them, when he saw that he was healed, turned back, and with a loud voice glorified God, And fell down on his face at his feet, giving him thanks: and he was a Samaritan. And Jesus answering said, Were there not ten cleansed? but where are the nine? There are not found that returned to give glory to God, save this stranger. And he said unto him, Arise, go thy way: thy faith hath made thee whole.

[Completeness, Perfectness, Wholeness]. An unbeliever, un-church, and not a member of any religious denomination becomes whole, perfect, and complete in Christ’s view by applying the kingdom principles of Thanksgiving.

I see you becoming perfect, complete, and whole in the Name of Jesus! Amen! Praise God! For someone to express genuine gratitude, something must react from the inside. A feel-good feeling. That feeling is what gives life to one organ. Feel good hormones. Gratitude and joy are one family. Praise God! Thanksgiving, being grateful, is a principle of the kingdom of God. So, it is universal. This means it is not just for believers, as you can see from the scriptures, and Jesus commented on the unbeliever for being thankful.

Gratitude is an attitude that improves one quality of health. Grateful people hardly fall sick, and they tend to live longer. An appreciative, thankful, and joyful heart is a medicine to the body. Proverbs 17:22. Out of 10, the one with a grateful heart healed and became perfect. The choice is ours.  Friends,  these are not rules or laws to make Heaven or go to hell. These are principles that work for whoever uses them. Thanksgiving has a lot of benefits, but we will only take three of them because of time. The attitude of gratefulness can keep one healthy, open doors of opportunities, bring favors, and many more. Friends, be thankful, and you will become perfect towards God and people.

In Christianity, we walk by faith and not by natural circumstances. It means we respond to God’s Word irrespective of our current situation. We walk opposite worldly views. If we see ourselves and things through God’s lens, we will not have any reason to complain and be ungrateful in life. God will not change His Word because of our situation. No! His Word is settled.

Psalm 119:89 KJV. Says, “Forever, O LORD, Thy Word Is settled in Heaven. We have to change by aligning ourselves to His ways. Friends, when our lives become full of complaining and grumbling, it shortens our vision from seeing what God has for us. The Scripture says, “He who did not spare His own Son, but delivered Him up for us all, how shall He not with Him also freely, graciously give us all things? Romans 8:32. “It takes a positive attitude to unlock the flow of the supernatural. We can constantly keep our Heaven open with an attitude of Thanksgiving.”  Praise God!

“Three benefits of Thanksgiving. As I said earlier, Thanksgiving has many benefits, but for the sake of time, I will take three, and the number one benefit is that Thanksgiving prolongs life.

THANKSGIVING PROLONGS LIFE

In John 11: 41 through 44. A young man, Lazarus, Jesus’ friend, was dead, and Jesus raised him from death through Thanksgiving. Benefits number two. Thanksgiving will make you experience the supernatural.

THANKSGIVING MAKE YOU EXPERIENCE THE SUPERNATURAL

In Matthew 14:16 through 20. Jesus feeds 5,000 men, excluding women and kids, with only five loaves of bread and two fish, by looking up to Heaven and thanking God. The Scripture says the five loaves of bread and the two fish multiply. Praise God! The number three benefit of Thanksgiving is that it brings wholeness.

THANKSGIVING BRINGS WHOLENESS

From the ten lepers story we read earlier in Luke 17:11 through 19. The ten friends who had leprosy were prayed for; the ten got healed, but one out of the ten lepers that Jesus prayed for returned to give thanks to Jesus, and that one guy was a stranger, according to Jesus’ comment. And the Scripture said in verse 19 of Luke 17. And he said to him, Arise, go thy way: thy faith has made thee whole. Praise God! He was made perfect, completeness, wholeness.

Friends, it begins with you accepting Christ Jesus into your life, and you do that by repeating these words after me. Lord Jesus, I confess my Sin; I accept you into my heart to be my Lord and Savior. Thank you for saving me in Jesus’ Name, Amen. Glory! Welcome home. Praise God!
