Secret Of Enjoying Marital Life

Friends, I have been married for 15 years, and we have never had a fight, nor do we use curse words on each other. Never! I have never regretted marrying my unique, treasured wife in my heart. Friends, we are in love, and every moment is always fresh for us to spend together. That is the truth, and this is how marital life is supposed to be. Friends, marriage is for enjoyment, not endurance. It’s for pleasure, not for pressure. Marriage is a covenant, not a contract. Until you know the purpose of a marriage, you will never enjoy the joy that comes with it. Praise God!
Friends, I believe this secret will bring blessings to your life. In 1 Corinthians 3:3. For you are still controlled by your sinful nature. You are jealous of one another and quarrel with each other. Doesn’t that prove you are controlled by your sinful nature? Aren’t you living like people of the world? Sorry to say, there is a lot of carnality among the Christian community. So carnal in their reasoning, creating numerous crises among spouses and their kids. Let me add to your knowledge that Christianity is not a religion, not at all. It has a bit of the act of religious practice in James 1. That says “Pure and undefiled religion before God and the Father is to visit orphans and widows in their trouble, and to keep oneself unspotted from the world. James 1:27 NKJV. This is just part of religion in Christianity. True Christianity is a living relationship with God through Jesus Christ. It is a living thing, living the life of the Father here on earth. It is never a religion or a denomination. Scripture said, “As you therefore have received Christ Jesus the Lord, so walk in Him, Colossians 2:6. NKJV. Praise God!
A Lesson To Learn From Father Abraham
Genesis 20:12. And she really is my sister, for we both have the same Father, but different mothers. And I married her.
The scripture said that Father Abraham was married to his half-sister. I believe this was a spiritual reflection on how we ought to relate to our spouses. God is a Spirit, and He relates to His duplicate Spirit inside of us because He made us as spiritual beings. In Genesis 1:27 NLT. Says, “God created human beings in his own image. In the image of God, he created them; male and female, he created them. Most of the time, God uses physical things to illustrate a message to us because of the physical body in which we live and because we are in touch with the earthly realm.
Yes, Abraham was married to his half-sister, as the scripture states, but he also turned to the Spirit, as the scripture instructs us to be spiritually minded. Romans 8:6 says, “For to be carnally minded is death, but to be spiritually minded is life and peace. God said husband and wife are one and not two in Genesis 2:24. It says, “Therefore a man shall leave his Father and mother and be joined to his wife, and they shall become one flesh. In Marth, 1 plus 1 is 2, but in marital life, from what Genesis 2:24 says, husband and wife are one. Like-minded. No difference between them. They see themselves as us, not I. What comes out of their words is that we own this house. We bought this car, not the other way around: my’ and I’.
The scripture says, “If a house is divided against itself, that house can not stand. Mark 3:27. This is the reason why there is so much frustration and divorce in marriage. Friends, there is a lot to learn. Marriage is God’s idea, so if you want to have a pleasurable marital life, you must follow God’s principles; otherwise, your struggle will continue. I pray that you will walk in the wisdom of God in your marriage in the Name of Jesus! Praise God! A man shall leave his Father and mother and be joined to his wife, and they shall become one flesh. Praise God! I believe it means they are of one parent from one source: God is their Father. In Spirit, we are all God’s children, and that is the real us. My wife is my sister, and I am her brother because we were born of the same Father in the Spirit. In John 3. The scripture said,
“That which is born of the flesh is flesh, and that which is born of the Spirit is Spirit. John 3:6. NKJV. Another translation says Humans can reproduce only human life, but the Holy Spirit gives birth to spiritual life. NLT.
Abraham never had any issues with his half-sister marrying him. Even naturally, you will hardly see a brother and sister born of the same parents from one DNA having significant problems that will break their relationship forever. Siblings will always get along, irrespective of their differences. I believe that is how God wants us to live with our spouses. It is working out well for me as I view my wife like my sister, and you know, naturally, I will not want to betray or stab my biological sister. So, I won’t even dare to kill my spiritual sister. Praise God!
I am not saying you should marry your biological sister. No! That is not the subject. I’m just relating to the spiritual nature we have in Christ. The scripture reveals that we are made in God’s image and that we are born of the Spirit. “That which is born of the flesh is flesh, and that which is born of the Spirit is Spirit. We are a spirit that inhabits the body and possesses a soul. If we bring this understanding into our marriage relationship, it will help illuminate marital challenges in the light of God being our Father.
1 John 3:1 says, “Behold what manner of love the Father has bestowed on us, that we should be called children of God. Praise God! Abraham, along with his wife, understood that God is their Father, and they viewed themselves as siblings; this knowledge enabled them to live peacefully in their marital life. Sarah was so respectful, obedient, and submissive to her brother, calling him ‘my Lord’. Abraham did everything Sarah requested. They were in love. The expression of love is submission to one another. 1 Peter 3:6. like Sarah, who obeyed Abraham and called him her Lord. You are her daughters if you do what is right and do not give way to fear. As long as spouses perceive themselves as different from their parents, even when the scripture says they are one, they will continue to have trouble. The scripture says,” A man shall leave his Father and mother and be joined to his wife, and they shall become one flesh. Genesis 2:24.
The man and the woman become one when they are married. It means both no longer see themselves as different or from the other womb but become one in union with God. 1 Corinthians 6:17 says, “He who is joined to the Lord is one Spirit with Him. Even in the world system, you hardly find children born of the same parents killing each other with a knife, guns, or having unsettled fighting. Suppose you have seen one. It’s demonic, satanic, and not of God if it happens in your family. Christianity is not a religion or a denomination; it is a living thing, living the Father’s life here on earth. It is a living relationship with God in Christ Jesus. Until you agree with your spiritual nature, believe in it, think about it, and live it, you will not fully access or benefit from the things in the spiritual realm. Romans says, “For to be carnally minded is death, but to be spiritually minded is life and peace.” It says, ‘Because the carnal mind is enmity against God; for it is not subject to the law of God, nor indeed can be. So then, those who are in the flesh can not please God. But you are not in the flesh but in the Spirit, .. Romans 8:6-10. Praise God!
Friends, God relates to you as Spirit, His own duplicate, and that is the real you. If you have made Jesus the Lord of your life, then you are the real you. If you haven’t, and you are willing to do so, please say these words after me. Lord Jesus. I confess my sin. I accept you into my life. To be my Lord and savior. Thank you for saving me in Jesus’ Name, Amen. Glory! Enjoy your season of life in Jesus’ name. Praise God!
Friends, man, is a spirit that has a soul and lives in the body. The real you is your Spirit, and that is the nature of God. Your Spirit, lower-case s, is what connects you with God Spirit, upper-case S. Any time you choose to live in the flesh, you work against God. That is when you will see every reason to use curse words on your spouse. That is when you find pleasure in living an adulterous life and end up signing a divorce paper.
Romans 8:8 says, “Those who are in the flesh cannot please God. Flesh will always give birth to Ishmael. The only time Father Abraham responded to his flesh was when it brought division to his family. Scripture says, ‘we are not the children of the slave woman, but of the free woman. Galatians 4:31. Anytime you respond to your own will, the fruits of your actions will be Ishmael, and anytime you respond to God’s own will, the fruits will be Isaac. The choice is yours. A house divided against itself will not stand. Wisdom is needed. Praise God! Love your spouse. Be friends. Make God your Father. And see yourselves as one. Praise God! 1 Corinthians 3:16 ESV. Says, “Do you not know that you are God’s temple (church, you’re God’s house) and that God’s Spirit dwells in you? God lives in you. Be spiritually minded. Be conscious of who is in you.
Scripture says, “But he who is joined to the Lord becomes one Spirit with him. 1 Corinthians 6:17 ESV. We become one Spirit, not one soul, and not one body. The scripture said we become one Spirit with God when we unite with Him through Jesus. Praise God. Friends, God is our Father. Relate to Him with that understanding in your marital lives. 1 John 3:1 NLT. Says, “See how very much our Father loves us, for he calls us his children, and that is what we are! But the people who belong to this world don’t recognize that we are God’s children because they don’t know him.
Friends, Abraham said, “She is truly my sister. She is the daughter of my Father (upper-case ‘F’ Father God), but not the daughter of my mother (lower-case ‘m’ merry), and she became my wife. I see you experiencing peace in your relationship in the Name of Jesus. Amen! Praise God.
